Epam was asked as partner to transform Joe & The Juice Loyalty Program into a future proof high performing program to support their digital growth. We secured an end-to-end program to upgrade and transform their CX, loyalty program and entire technology stacks. My role on this integrated track was Lead Creative Strategist where I connected different workstreams including Business, Tech, CX, Design to deliver enhanced user experiences.

Revamp of app experience & loyalty program
One of the streams I worked on is the redesign of the loyalty app. Introducing new mechanics for promotions, and updated the UX for easier ordering and enhanced user experience.
My Role:
• Conducted user research, created wireframes & user flows and supported with creation of prototypes.
• Mapped user journeys to optimize engagement and fix usability within the app.
• Defining value propositions and collaborating with UX lead on strategic UX approaches.
• Improved key messaging for enhanced user experience.

Joe & The Juice wanted a revamp of current CRM flows to new loyalty program CRM flows with personalized messaging, tapping into demand spaces to drive engagement and revenue.
My Role:
Designed tailored CRM flows optimized for key demand spaces, enabling streamlined data management, real-time customer segmentation, and advanced personalization strategies to deliver the right message at the right time. Leveraging AI-powered content pipelines, we scaled delivery and successfully launched a loyalty program campaign with a lean, efficient team.
